By registering you agree to the rules below.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, hold a valid South African identity document and a South African mobile number, and register with a valid sponsor ID. One account per person.
2. Verification
Bidding and selling are only available after your OTP is confirmed and your KYC submission is approved. We may re-request documents at any time and may suspend an account pending verification.
3. Bidding and matching
A bid placed in an open session is binding. Matching occurs when the session closes. If matched, you must pay the full amount to the seller's disclosed account within the payment window shown on the transaction.
4. Payments
All payments are peer-to-peer bank transfers between members. The platform does not hold, receive or transmit member funds. Proof of payment must be uploaded, and sellers must confirm receipt promptly.
5. Coins and maturity
My Coins are issued by the administrator, carry the maturity plan selected at purchase, and may be listed for sale only once matured. Coin price, maturity periods and return percentages are platform settings and may be changed prospectively by the administrator.
6. Referral bonuses
Bonuses accrue at the configured rate on qualifying purchases by members you sponsored. Bonuses obtained through fake, duplicate or coerced accounts are reversed.
7. Disputes and suspension
Disputed transactions are reviewed by an administrator whose decision is final within the platform. Non-payment, fraudulent proof of payment, identity fraud or abuse of other members results in suspension and forfeiture of pending bonuses.
8. No investment advice or guarantee
Nothing on this platform is financial or investment advice. Returns described by maturity plans are pricing rules, not guarantees, and depend entirely on other members meeting their obligations. You participate at your own risk.
